Anne Kasitaza, founder of Wellform

Hi, I'm Anne.

I first came to both practices as a client after taking a break from tech in 2021. I fell in love with Lagree and classical + contemporary reformer Pilates, progressed deeply in both. These practices have also helped me with my lower-back pain that I experienced in my 20s.

I was eventually encouraged by my instructors to pursue the training and certifications to teach. Now, I love helping other people discover movement practices that make them feel stronger, more capable, and more connected to their bodies. I enjoy working with people from all backgrounds, particularly those rebuilding strength after injuries or navigating major life changes.

Outside the studio, I’m a founder and operator with 17 years of experience turning early-stage ideas into functioning organizations and products with real users. I’m the founder of Vervia, where I’m building across women’s health, integrative wellness, and healthcare AI operations. Earlier in my career, I joined Viz.ai as its 2nd employee and first business hire, helping commercialize its FDA-cleared AI stroke-triage technology while building several of the company’s foundational business functions. Today, I also advise early-stage startups and evaluate companies for venture capitalists.

Whether I’m building a company or teaching a class, I’m drawn to work that helps people feel more informed, capable, and supported in their lives.
